Digital Products (E-books, Journals, and Downloadable Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once an e-book, journal, or any downloadable content is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. We recommend reviewing the product details before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Physical Products (Books)
We hope that you love your physical book purchase, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns: You may return your book within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, we offer a free exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with a description of the issue.
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Please ship the book back to us with a tracking number. Once we receive it, we will process your refund or exchange.

- Gift cards and digital products (e-books, journals) are non-refundable.
- Sale items or promotional discounts are also not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
